Start your week off with a one-hour Yoga class, designed to improve strength, flexibility and stamina, while providing a sense of peace and balance. We will practice Hatha Yoga in a Vinyasa flow, connecting movement with our breath in a series of fluid poses. Please bring a mat and water in a closed container.
