American Fork Businesses Expo 2 WEEKS away!!!!!

This is registration for businesses who are seeking a NON FOOD VENDING booth and the American Fork Steel Days Picnic in the Park.  We are expecting a great turn out this year with many events like bouncy houses, face painting and carnival style games is free to the whole family.  This will be an opportunity for you to participate as a business.  Many businesses add their own games and hand out small candy or have some kind of trade show type of game to play.
We are expecting the event to go from 5 PM - 8 PM on July 9, 2016.  You will be given a 10'x10' booth space.  You will want to provide your own table, chairs and canopy tent if you would like.  There will be a short window of 15-20 minutes to take down your booth before the evening entertainment begins.  Once the entertainment begins, traffic will be limits in the area for safety of the participants.  You are welcome to leave your booth up during the entertainment and take it down after the fireworks show (approx.10:30 PM).
Once your registration is processed, we will send you a confirmation email.  We will send you an email just before the event with you booth location and some good guidelines to be aware of.  The intent of this event is to be a soft introduction of your company to the public at the event.  Hard sales tactics and pressure is not welcome.  This event has been very popular with the public as a very family friendly event to attend and we look forward to continuing that tradition.  Please feel free to contact us any time with any questions or concerns.
