Joe is a certified and accredited business appraiser. He has appraised businesses and professional practices for over 13 years for a variety of purposes including: SBA loans, ownership transfer, merger & acquisition, economic damages, estate planning, estate tax, litigation support, lost profits, regulatory compliance, and shareholder disputes.
Joe has testified in the Utah court system as an expert witness. He was the Chairman of the Accreditation Board of the Institute of Business Appraisers from 2011 -2012 and is currently the chairman elect of the American Fork Chamber of Commerce Board. He is also a member of: The Institute of Business Appraisers, The National Business Valuation Group, The Utah Valley Estate Planning Council and The American Rental Association.
Joe has owned and operated small businesses including an equipment rental company (Timp Rental), a truck leasing company (Move-It Rental), and a real estate holding company (PDJ Properties).
