We are excited to have J. Blair Giles, President and CEO of the Fredette Family Foundation as our speaker for the August Tri Chamber Luncheon (hosted by the Pleasant Grove-Lindon Chamber). Blair will be speaking on Building a Culture of Kindness and how important this philosophy has become to Jimmer Fredette throughout his career. A fifteen-year sports marketing executive, Blair has had the privilege of working with some of the nation's most well-known athletes and coaches including tennis stars Andre Agassi and Andy Roddick, NFL Hall-of-Famer, Emmitt Smith, MLB Hall-of-Famer, Cal Ripken, Jr., Duke Coach, Mike Krzyzewski, and dozens of others.
A native of South Carolina and a graduate of Brigham Young University (BA in Economics '01; MPA '15), Blair is currently serving as an Adjunct Professor of Sports Management at the BYU Marriott School of Management in Provo, and owns his own sports marketing firm, JBG Sports Group, LLC with offices in Provo, UT and Columbia, SC. He and his wife, Cynthia, are the proud parents of 7 children, 5 boys and 2 girls.
