The Grill was established in Gallup 1992. My Father Ralph Chavez was the founder. The Grill is a Family locally owned restaurant. The food is made from the heart of Phil Chavez. Phil loves his customers and his restaurant.

We offer a variety of menus including mesquite-grilled burgers, steaks, chickens, and much more. We have seating four times the size and ample parking available.
