Barkadas ABQ proudly serves hand-rolled Lumpias in a variety of flavors: Shrimp/Pork, Beef/Veggie, Green Chile/Chicken/Cheese, Green Chile/Cheese. We also have Adobo rice plates, Pancit Canton (mixe vegetables or with chicken/shrimp), Ube cookies, and Ube waffles with spam fries.
Cindy Recile is the owner, cook, and operating manager of Barkadas ABQ. She started the business Aug 15, 2024 a big transition from her corporate graphic design job. Cindy's goal is to spread Filipino culture in New Mexico through her food. Barkadas ABQ currently does not have a dine-in restaurant but we have pop up events in Albuquerque.
