Alice  Chamber of Commerce is set for Thursday, October 9, 2014 at the Jim Wells County Fairgrounds.
This year’s speaker is Katharine Armstrong, President of Katharine Armstrong Inc., and also serves as President for Natural Resources Solutions (NRS) since 2008 which she founded.
