Washington, D.C.- Congressman Rubén Hinojosa (D-TX-15) would like the help of the residents of the 15th Congressional district of Texas in the Texas 15 Photo Challenge. The photographs should be of places within the 15th Congressional district of Texas which ranges from Hidalgo to Staples, Texas. A photograph will be chosen each month to be used as the cover photograph for the Congressman's Facebook and Twitter accounts.
