Our janitorial and maintenance take pride in their work and are ready to accomodate all property needs.
Full Service:
It's our pleasure offering peace of mind to Boards of Directors. We do this by creating personal relationships, eliminating uncertainty and offering preventative maintenance. In addition, we offer several services under one roof so all of your needs can be attended to without having to contact numerous vendors for service. You may choose from any of our offered services and create a custom package that fits best with your property.
Resident Communication:
Our clients are guaranteed a high level of responsiveness and accessability. These activities are monitored for quality assurance. We offer a specialized central station for all client incoming service calls. Whether the call is for maintenance, accounts receivable, or a general question about an association, an associate at Floridian Management Group will answer and assist the caller.

Floridian Management offers an extensive website with options to download application forms such as Auto-Pay for maintenance and (ARC) Architectual Application Requests. If you forget to pay your maintenance due to your busy schedule or you are out of town and not able to mail your payment to the Lockbox, you may pay your maintenance online with a credit card.
