We are also a mini supermarket for the health conscious.  Hard to find ZERO calorie, sugar free products are also available such as dressings, dips, BBQ sauces and marinades.  Stop in and try our cookies and cupcakes.  Members of the chamber will receive a special price on all packages purchased.  Smart For Life is a wonderful and easy program for people that want to lose 5 pounds or 500 pounds.  We have people in all shapes and sizes and the staff will help you every step of the way.  

Smart For Life is now open on Saturday and has a new convenient location, beside the Aventura Mall in the Publix shopping center.  2980 Aventura Boulevard.  No more elevator or medical building to enter.  Park and enjoy first floor entry in our 2,000 square foot facility.
