Formica came to the United States from Rome in 1952. Aldolino Aldo, as he was known to his friends and family, worked at a famous pizza house in Hollywood where he quickly attracted the attention of prominent people in the show business. His talents were seen in several TV shows including “I LOVE LUCY”. He opened his first restaurant in Azusa, California, in the early’60s where since then has been serving his Unique Italian Food to the community.
Aldolino passed away in 1994, but his memory lives on his recipes for decades. “Enjoy and Buon Appetito.
