WJXR's studios are located in Macclenny, Florida. The call letters stand for "Jacksonville Radio". WJXR's format was once country music The Bargain Channel® Program first aired as a once-a-week show. In 1993, the transmitter was increased to 25,000 watts. WJXR has carried a plethora of sports, including the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Bargain Channel® Program now airs 7 days a week.
