Massages are $60.00 per hour - Hot Stone is $70.00 per hour.

 

Sports Massage

Designed to loosen and warm up your body prior to a sporting event, or to flush out toxins after a workout. Deep tissue strokes, muscle massage, release points, and joint manipulation are designed to correct harmful movement patterns and prevent tissue damage during exercise.

Hot Stone

A stone massage is a massage that uses smooth, flat, heated rocks placed at key points on the body. Stones are used for massage due to their high heat retention qualities. Stones are placed in water and heated before placement on the body. The stones are usually placed on specific points on the back, but can be placed other places such as between the toes, or in the palms of the hands.

Deep Tissue Massage

Works through tension layer by layer, reaching the deeper muscles where persistent discomfort can be released. Targets specific areas of concern to alleviate symptoms of nerve impingement, muscle tears and sprains, and chronic muscular pain.

Pregnancy Massage

Massage therapies to women who are pregnant help relieve stress and promote a soothing effect of wellness and well being.  Special massage body pillows are provided for maximum comfort.

Relaxation Massage

A combination of soft tissue manipulation including long strokes, kneading, deep spiraling movements, breathing enhancement, and vibration to promote relaxation, improve circulation, relieve tension, and expand range of motion.

Trigger Point Therapy

Employs various methods to relieve and eliminate trigger points in the muscles. These small hypersensitive areas bombard the nervous system with impulses that give rise to physical and emotional pain. A sense of well being ensues, as well as release of related emotional stress.

Insurance Billing

Insurance reimbursement is the client’s responsibility. I will gladly provide you with a written receipt upon request at the time of your session. I do not provide medical codes associated with our massage and bodywork services.

Appointments are available for as little as 30 minutes or as long as 2 hours.

Gift cards are available in any denomination. My cards never expire and will surely make the perfect gift for family and friends.
