The Bartow law firm of Boswell & Dunlap LLP was founded in 1900, and we are Polk County's oldest law firm. For over 100 years Boswell & Dunlap attorneys have provided personal, high quality legal representation to our clients. When we undertake a client's representation, it is always our purpose to aggressively pursue the client's goals, protect and preserve the client's interest, and to seek to achieve fairness and justice.

Our firm began in an office on Main Street in Bartow when Clarence A. Boswell and Solon G. Wilson formed a partnership for the practice of law in 1900. The Dunlap Firm also began its existence in a Main Street office in Bartow when it was founded in 1954. The two firms operated continuously until the merger in 1998 that created Boswell & Dunlap LLP.Our firm's longevity is a testament to the close and longstanding relationships shared between our lawyers and their clients.
