About Us

The Center for Cancer Care & Research (CCCR) in Bartow is conveniently located off Highway 98 South, next to Watson Clinic's Bartow office and Bartow Regional Medical Center. This state-of -the-art facility offers a highly trained staff providing radiation therapy treatment with care and compassion.

The Bartow CCCR is also home to a "Gift Closet" sponsored by the American Cancer Society, where patients receive free wigs and prosthesis as needed. Serving Bartow, South Lakeland, Mulberry, Ft. Meade, Lake Wales, and many other communities in southeastern Polk County, the Bartow CCCR satellite facility allows the convenience of receiving daily radiation therapy treatment close to home.

Mission Statement

The Center for Cancer Care & Research specializes in the prompt detection, diagnosis, treatment, support and follow up care for patients with cancer and hematological disorders and provides comprehensive access to a multitude of cancer services including the latest treatment options and clinical trials.

The Center is the only Polk County's only affiliate of the world-renowned H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute. This relationship enhances the quality of cancer care for Polk County residents and provide community-based physicians the opportunity to participate in continuing professional education, while offering the most advanced medical trials and collaborations.
