“The fog was so thick, you could cut it with a knife,” my mother would have said about this past Saturday morning (New Year’s Day!) as County Commissioner George Lindsey and a group of more than 75 “close personal friends” toured Circle B Bar Reserve — one of Polk’s environmental legacies and a part of Polk’s Environmental Land Program.
