Bartow High School Band Annual Prism Concert

Tickets are now on sale for the annual Bartow High School Band Prism Concerts which are performances that are fast moving and highlight every aspect of the band program. The Jazz Band, Wind Symphony, Concert Band, Percussion Ensembles, Dancers, Drum Line, and special soloists will perform as spectators enjoy a special meal or desserts

“The fog was so thick, you could cut it with a knife,” my mother would have said about this past Saturday morning (New Year’s Day!) as County Commissioner George Lindsey and a group of more than 75 “close personal friends” toured Circle B Bar Reserve — one of Polk’s environmental legacies and a part of Polk’s Environmental Land Program.
