About The Pass
In December 2020, Joe DeSimone purchased the historic Eldorado Casino from Boyd Gaming. The Pass Casino has been completely reimagined and joins the Railroad Pass in DeSimone's gaming portfolio.
The property is located at 140 S. Water Street Henderson, NV 89015.
On April 1, 2021, DeSimone opened up The Pass Casino which brings increased gaming, dining, and entertainment to Downtown Henderson at The Water Street District. The iconic building's reopening brings enhancements to the gaming floor with live tables along with 350 new slot machines. Emilia's Café, named for DeSimone's daughter will offer upgraded 24-hour dining on Water Street. In addition, fine dining will be available at Ristorante Italiano from Wednesday through Sunday evenings. The Pass Bar and Silver Bar complete the new food and beverage options.
The Venue will bring a new banquet room to Water Street for booking events and parties.
A linked player's club will give an opportunity to our Railroad Pass customers the to accrue and use their points and comps at either property. A free shuttle runs between the two casinos.
