In 2002, Boulder City Florist’s doors were opened by owner Kris Thompson, a master designer with more than 40 years of experience amalgamated from her family’s flower shop in Las Vegas to her present circumstances. With only a family of Dan, her husband, Casey and Carlo, her sons, and Kelsey, her daughter, to help her run it, within 18 months the business expanded to twice its original size. We are now able to showcase a modern display area and deliver to Boulder City, Henderson, and Las Vegas, NV and countless countries across the globe through the FTD and Teleflora wire companies!

Dubbed “Business of the Year” by Boulder City’s Chamber of Commerce, we here at Boulder City Florist carefully construct any arrangement of choice, regardless of stylistic differences. Modern and creative, traditional and wildflower, high style and exotic, custom designs - we have designers that specialize in them all! We also offer balloon bouquets, both mylar and latex, that meet any party’s fancy and silk flower arrangements that will look eternally beautiful.

For that special wedding day, the head designer and owner, Kris, personally sits down with the bride-to-be and truly receives an idea about the future bride’s needs and expectations and how to fulfill them. If any special flower request is made, special care is taken to fully meet that wish; if any particular design stands out to the bride, such as a ballerina wrapped bouquet, adjustments will be made to fit that desire. No matter what the style, no matter what the flowers, we will do our best to make the first day of the rest of a couple’s life one to cherish and remember.

With the family business perhaps being passed on to the next generation, we know we will be able to serve Boulder City for many years to come. In those years we simply hope to give back to the community as much as it has given to us. We aspire to grow and flourish in Boulder City’s amazing hometown heart, embedding ourselves as a trustworthy business that is reliable in any occasion.
