About Us

Family Doctors of Boulder City is a full-service, state-of-the-art Family Practice medical office founded in 1980. Warren L. Smith, M.D. was a founding partner of our practice, and remains with us today. Through the years, he has since been joined by current partners Herve Bezard, M.D., Joanne Leovy, M.D., and Jim Chiang, M.D. Our doctors are all board certified in Family Practice and are licensed by the state of Nevada. All our doctors are contracted with Medicare, Medicaid, and most PPO health insurance companies. Our doctors provide medical care to all ages and for all manners of health-related issues.
Our doctors serve all members of the community for all their healthcare needs. Our office is committed to confidential, professional, and high quality service for all. Our complete range of services include complete acute care, preventive screenings and testing, radiology (X-Ray), follow-up care from other facilities, and patient education for health maintenance and illness prevention. We maintain friendly, professional relationships with medical specialists in Boulder City, the Henderson/Las Vegas area, and beyond for any services our patients may need which our doctors would be unable to provide.
