NIKKI ANDERSON-MANGIN SCHOLARSHIP
5K RUN AND 1-MILE FUN WALK
SATURDAY, APRIL 30, 2011 ~ 7:30AM


Why: To benefit the scholarship fund created in memory of Nikki Anderson-Mangin. Funds raised will be awarded to Boulder City High School graduating seniors looking to further their volleyball career at a college of their choice.

Where: The race will take place in conjunction with Spring Jamboree 2011 sponsored by the Boulder City Chamber of Commerce. It will start and finish from Colorado Street in the center of the family festival held in Boulder City, Nevada.

When: Pre-registration applications must be received in the Chamber Office by the close of business April 27, 2011. Mailing address is Boulder City Chamber of Commerce, 465 Nevada Way, Boulder City, NV 89005. Fax entries can not be accepted. Registration the day of the event will begin at 6:30 am on April 30, 2011 on Utah Street, Boulder City, Nevada.

Pre-Registered Packet Pick-up: April 28 & 29, 2011 from 10:00 am-5:00 pm at the Chamber office ~ Boulder City Chamber of Commerce 465 Nevada Way, Boulder City, Nevada 89005 ~ 702-293-2034.

Awards to be given: Top three overall finishes of 5K Run, three deep in all age divisions of 5K Run, First Place in 1 Mile Fun Walk.

Race Day Schedule:
6:30 am Registration opens
7:15 am Registration closes
7:30 am Shotgun start with Chris Mangin
8:30 am Entertainment followed by Awards Ceremony


Don’t forget to bring water, camera and sunscreen. Plan to stay for a full day of Spring Jam entertainment including arts & crafts show, antiques & collectibles, carnival rides, car show, model car show, food vendors, and great stage entertainment.
