Dam Short Film Festival Looking for Sponsors The 2016 return of the Dam Short Film Festival is just a little over a month away. Beginning February 10 and running through the weekend until February 13, this amazing annual film event features 129 short films, filmmaker panels, filmmaker meet and greets, silent auctions and much more.
