Just Announced! Ribbon Cutting on March 11 at 9:30!
Come join the Chamber at Bootleg Canyon Park welcoming Bootleg Canyon Gravity Racing! This is happening just before their next bike race taking place that day and the remainder of the weekend. This race brings a lot of tourist traffic to Boulder City, which in turns brings a lot of business into our town. This is the same weekend as Wine Walk, so the City should be bustling all weekend! Get ready for a great weekend of fun activities for all ages! Hope to see you out and about!

Emergency Aid of Boulder City Celebrates 50 Years of Service
Come on down to Emergency Aid on Saturday from 11-2 to help them celebrate their 50th Anniversary. There will be food, a silent auction and tours of the facility will be available. Have some non-parishable items to donate? Bring 'em on down! They will gladly take them off your hands!

The Homestead Has Talent
Did you know that the Homestead offers a public 'concert' every Wednesday? It is open to the public and free of charge! Come on down and enjoy the fun! Also, they will be opening Joshua Men's Memory Care wing on March 8 with a grand celebration at 2:30 with cake and Mayor Rod Woodbury to commemorate the occasion.

The Boulder City Art Guild Hosts Wednesday Painting Group
This groups meets weekly at the Library on Wednesdays from 9am-11am. This is open to the public and free of charge. You do not need to be a guild member to attend, however you do need to be an experienced artist to attend. This is a time to enjoy the arts with others who share the passion! The artists draw, paint, sketch and much more; so there's no limit to what you can do! There is no need to reserve space; simply stop by. Questions? Bark in the Park 2016 Looking for Entries
Is your pooch the Dog with the Longest Ears? Or perhaps he or she is the Scruffiest? Or maybe they do a super Cute Trick? Well then, they deserve to be showcased! Best Dam Wine Walk - Mardi Crawl
New this year...we have partnered with Hoover Dam Lodge and Silver Ride to offer an exciting Wine Walk Hotel Package! Our Walks have been so successful that we have noticed an increase in out of town guests attending the once a month gatherings. We wanted a safe way for our guests and locals to take part in the fun. Rock, Roll & Stroll 2016
Come on down to Veteran's Park on Saturday March 12 from 9am-12pm and watch as participants raise money to help the Meals on Wheels program. Particpants will be rocking in rocking chairs, rolling in wheelchairs and strolling around the Park. This is a free event for spectators with coffee, cinnamon rolls and other food stuffs available for purchase. For more information check out www.seniorcenterbouldercity.org.
