Do you have an old computer you're not sure what to do with? Well the Rotary Club of Boulder City can help you solve that problem. On February 6th from 9am-1pm at the Boulder City Library, they will be accepting computers(and all equipment), cell phones, and electronics (sorry...no televisions) for recycling. If you have any questions, please call Frank Carroll at 501-4475.
| Chamber Partners with NCOT
In pursuit of the Chamber's mission statement, to promote Boulder City and it's businesses, we often partner with the Nevada Commission on Tourism. Recently, Boulder City was represented at the Prestige Travel and Tourism conference held at the Las Vegas Convention Center, at the RV Show in Quartzite, Arizona and coming this weekend at the LA Times travel and tourism show in California. Thousands of interested attendees will have Boulder City promotions material in their hands and will be swayed to spend some time here in Boulder City in the future.
We have also agreed to supply rack cards promoting Boulder City to the information area of the Grant Sawyer Building in Las Vegas. The rack is monitored by the Southern Nevada Representative for the Nevada Commission on Tourism, Connie Mancillas. She has stated that the slot with Boulder City's collateral has been emptied regularly and we hope to see those guests here in our City soon. The Chamber and Boulder City businesses will be better served by partnerships like these. Optimize Your FREE Website
Are you using your FREE website with the Chamber to it's optimized potential?
There is now a website that works like a complete tutorial on how to optimize your FREE site. With all the new modules that EC Town USA offers on a constant basis, it's often hard to stay up on all the new options. Go to www.memberbusinessplan.com and learn about all the options available to you. We have had some wonderful testimonials of the effectiveness of the Chamber's FREE site for our members. You are in control of the site and make it you're own. If you already have a website you maintain, simply set this one up to forward potential customers that are browsing the Chamber's site to click on to your larger site. It's just one more benefit that the Chamber provides to it's members. Call the office if you have any further questions. 293-2034 Chamber Showcase 2010
