This week's Coldwater Area Chamber of Commerce "Member Spotlight of the Week" recognition is going out to All Things Serenity Yoga and Event Center in Union City. Read more below on why owner Paula DeJongh feels that she deserves this week's Spotlight!
I will be attending the Bridal Show in Kalamazoo on January 12, 2019 to promote my beautiful and quaint wedding, reception and shower event center. My event rental and my classes are very reasonably priced as I want to share the gift of yoga and events with everyone. My aerial swing classes are becoming very popular and fun to workout in on Saturday mornings at 8:00 am. I will be working at all 3 UC Community School Buildings starting January with the 1st graders, MS & HS Special needs children, gymnastics and wrestlers and a pilot program of working with the MS & HS kids in detention. I teach at OBX in Marshall Michigan and plan to teach at 2 assisted living homes there. I also teach in Coldwater at Grand Vista & Masonville. A team of students and 2 teachers are headed to Costa Rica in January 2019, our big adventure!

YOGA CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
BEGINNER STRETCH - Learn, stretch, experience total mind, body & spirit
BODY SCULPTING - Yoga, Pilates, Tabata & hand weights - Total fitness routine
FIRE & ICE - 30 minutes of Tabata style yoga (intense sets with minimal rest) in 90 degree heat followed by deep stretches to cool down
HATHA - Hold postures for 1-3 minutes, building heat, muscle awareness & strength. Learn yoga postures in-depth, anaerobic muscle builder
INTRO AERIAL SWING YOGA - Develops core awareness & strength
VINYASA - Dance-like breath synchronized aerobic yoga posture flow
YOGA for EVERY BODY - Gentle yoga practice for any level of experience
