-Just a reminder of our annual swing out this year and our tentative timing.
-Our convocation assembly should be done at around 11:30.
-Tentative Timing for various schools and busing.
-CHS students walk over to the LMS parking lot at 11:30-11:40, walk through the students, and get on the buses at LMS.
-Ride buses uptown to the corner of Clay and US 12 by Century Bank (probably arrive around 11:45)
-Walk down the North sidewalk to the parking lot behind Southern Loan Center.
-Get back on the buses and travel to Lakeland Elementary.
-We should get to Lakeland at around 12:15ish
-We will have the buses drop off the CHS students at the west end of the Lakeland parking lot and have the graduates walk through a tunnel of Lakeland students to the other end of their parking lot. The buses could move to the other end, to pick up the students.
-Then we will travel to Jefferson and should be there around 12:35-40ish (Tobi I will text you when we leave Lakeland).
-We will walk through Jefferson and then travel to Max Larsen. We should arrive at Max Larsen at around 12:55. We will walk through Max Larsen and then the students will be dropped off at the First Baptist Church at some time between 1:00 - 1:15.
-This is all give or take 5-10 minutes so I will text as we go on the 24th.
-Thanks everyone for helping to celebrate the seniors last day as an entire school district.
