Ms. Steel has been an employee of the City of Coldwater since 2001 where she started as a dispatcher for the police and fire departments. She has been working in the Neighborhood Services Department since 2005, allowing her to expand her role into many areas of community development including building, zoning, planning, economic & downtown development. In addition to her assignment with Neighborhood Services, Ms. Steel aslo serves on the Board of Directors for the Coldwater Downtown Business Association and is a founding member and past president of the Arts Alive organization that brings numerous art events to the community. With many successful experiences in event planning, grant writing, and business development, Ms. Steel continues to be an active volunteer in the community. We are pleased to have Nichole Steel join the Chamber and we look foward to her new directions for leadership and innovation.
