For more than 100 years, VNA Community Healthcare has been your home town visiting nurse association.
Beyond at home nursing; physical, occupational and speech therapies; social work; mental health; maternal child health and home health aide services we offer many free or low cost community and corporate wellness programs and family caregiver support programs. As a non-profit, we are committed to adhering to our mission by offer these programs, including:
- Parkinson's exercise classes
- Preparing for joint replacement surgery education
- Diabetes workshops
- Smoking cessation programs
- Tai Chi for arthritis relief
- Exercise classes for healthy, active seniors
- Yoga
- Flu and pneumonia vaccinations
