About Us
Welcome to Adelante Healthcare, a 501(c)(3) Federally Qualified Health Center providing quality primary and preventive health care services in rural and suburban Maricopa County, Arizona. Our health care professionals serve patients at six family health centers in Surprise, Wickenburg, Buckeye, Gila Bend, Phoenix, and Mesa, a women’s health center in Sun City West, a dental center in Buckeye, and a mobile medical clinic that serves outlying West Valley communities. Our team of 21 physicians and nurse practitioners and 200 staff members serve more than 30,000 patients annually. We accept most insurance plans, AHCCCS, and Medicare. Patients without insurance may qualify for discounted services, funded in part by the federal Bureau of Primary Health Care, the Arizona Primary Care Program, and Valley of the Sun United Way.
