About Us
Our Chamber of Commerce is an action agency designed to meet community need made up of individuals and businesses in the Buckeye Valley. We advance the commercial, financial, industrial, and civic interests of our community. We are a civic clearinghouse, a public relations counselor, a legislative representative at the state and national levels of government, an information bureau and a research and promotion medium. In addition, the Buckeye Valley Chamber of Commerce is part of the Arizona Office of Tourism Visitor's Centers.
Our organization is run by a board of directors elected by the Chamber's members. The Board, serving without pay, sets the policies for our Chamber. The administrative head of the Chamber is the President, CEO, which is a full-time paid position.
The variety of our Chamber's activities is virtually unlimited, depending on our community's needs and the desire and ability of our Chamber to meet those needs. Our overall mission of community development is determined by our goals and our program of work.
