The dinner will start at 5pm  $10.00 a plate. We will award 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each catagory

Pick up an entry form at the Elks Lodge and turn it in on Oct 24th! Turn in time for side dishes is 4pm, Main dishes 4:30pm, and Desserts 5pm

• Westbound Interstate 10 closed between the I-17 “Split” interchange near Sky Harbor Airport and Seventh Avenue from 10 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday (Oct. 26) for Deck Park Tunnel maintenance and drainage-improvement work. Southbound State Route 51 ramp to westbound I-10 closed. Westbound Loop 202 ramp to westbound I-10 will be open, but traffic will exit at Seventh Street with detours along McDowell Road or Van Buren St. Loop 202 WB ramps to SR 51 NB and I-10 EB will be open. I-17 SB ramp to I-10 WB near Sky Harbor closed (access to airport via 16th Street exit). DETOUR: Please consider alternate routes. Westbound I-10 traffic can detour to northbound I-17 starting near Sky Harbor and reconnect with I-10 at the “Stack” interchange north of Van Buren St. East Valley traffic heading to Sky Harbor Airport can use State Route 143.

Duck Decoy's can be purchased from the Chamber of Commerce for $40.00 each.

These ducks are to be decorated to represent your Business.

The ducks will be on display @ City Hall and on social Media from January 11th to January 21st.  Our Mayor and City Council will judge the ducks and awards will be presented in the following catagories:

• BEST DEPICTION OF YOUR BUSINESS
• MOST DAZZLING DUCK
• DORKIEST DUCK

A PEOPLE CHOICE award will also be given for the duck who recieves the most LIKES on Facebook.

These duck will be returned to the businesses for keepsakes

Relay For Life is a life-changing event that gives everyone in communities across the globe a chance to celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against the disease.

At Relay, teams of people camp out at Youngker High School and take turns walking or running around a track or path. Because cancer never sleeps, Relays are overnight events up to 12 hours in length. Relay-ers do not have to walk all night, but each team is asked to have a representative on the track at all times during the event.

Teams come from businesses, families, clubs, friends, hospitals, schools, churches, and service organizations. Each team is enouraged to raise money that goes towards the programs and services the American Cancer Society offers and funds critical cancer research.
