As per the By-Laws for the Buckeye Valley Chamber of Commerce a nominating committee was formed by the Board of Directors consisting of 3 board members and 2 chamber members. This committee submitted their report to the Board of Directors at the April 8, 2021 meeting. The following members have been nominated to fill the vacancies:
Tammy Nahrgane, South Buckeye Equestrian Center
Branislav Vujic, National Bank of AZ
Andy LiButti, Booty’s Burgers & Wings
Ronnie Thompson, Vonet’s Bartending Service
The By-Laws call for the publication of these names and other names may be submitted as per the following directions:
- NOMINATION BY PETITION Additional names of candidates for directors can by nominated by petition bearing the genuine signatures of a least 15% of members-in-good-standing of the Chamber. Such petition shall be filed with the Nominating Committee by the 15th of the month of the notice of nominations in the newsletter. The determination of the Nominating Committee as to the legality of the petition(s) shall be final.
Each of these nominees will bring strengths and knowledge to our already strong Chamber Board of Directors.
