Operationally, our department consists of 111 dedicated members who are strategically located within the 54 square miles that make up our fire district. These members are divided into five major divisions: Prevention, Suppression, Training, EMS, Administration, and Support Services. We take pride in leading a progressive and customer-driven fire department that works tirelessly to meet the fire and rescue needs of our community.
As our community continues to grow and evolve, so does our mission. Our goal is not simply confined to traditional fire services; rather, it encompasses a broader approach to ensure community safety and enhance quality of life. The mission of the Bullhead City Fire Department is to provide effective emergency services and education with professionalism, integrity, courage, dedication, and compassion.
