Welcome to Camden County
It's all about our members. The Camden County Chamber of Commerce knows our businesses make our community the best place to live, work and play. Because of this we strive to ensure that we are the advocate, voice and resource for the businesses in our area and to provide partnership opportunities for business, community and government.

Camden County is one of the fastest growing coastal counties in Georgia, and remains one of the Georgia's best kept secrets, a place rich in history, natural beauty, and southern hospitality. The Cities of Camden County are: Kingsland, St. Marys, Tarboro, Waverly, White Oak, and Woodbine.
Camden County is also the home of the Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, home of the Trident Nuclear Submarine. Kings Bay is a city all itself and has three branches of service including the Navy, Marines and Coast Guard.
Camden County is also home to Cumberland Island National Seashore. Cumberland Island is Georgia’s largest and southernmost barrier island with pristine maritime forests, undeveloped beaches, wide marshes and wild horses. Largely owned by the U.S. Department of the Interior, the island is accessible only by boat or plane. Nevertheless, Cumberland Island has almost 42,000 visitors annually all of whom enjoy the sun, sand, beautiful vistas and relaxing atmosphere.
Locals and visitors alike also enjoy the many festivals held in Camden County. The Crawfish Festival is celebrated annually in Woodbine and the Catfish Festival is held Labor Day weekend in Kingsland. St. Marys celebrates the 4th of July and the Rock Shrimp Festivals sponsored by the St. Marys Kiwanis Club and the Mardi Gras is sponsored by the St. Marys Downtown Merchants Association.
