The United Way of Camden County will be assessing the specific needs of nonprofits so they can achieve a greater impact in their community. Through this reassessment, the United Way of Camden County can provide more tangible resources to those nonprofits.
“With this new initiative, the United Way Board of Directors is excited to welcome Christi Gallagher as the new executive director. We look forward to her leading us towards a stronger United Way,” said Joel Hanner, current board president. “Christi Gallagher is familiar with the needs of the area nonprofits through her most recent work with Habitat for Humanity of Camden County.”
“I have wanted to work with the United Way for a long time, so this is an amazing opportunity for me,” Gallagher said. “I look forward to focusing on the needs of our local nonprofits and partnering with them to make sure they have the resources necessary
to focus on their missions and build a stronger community through that partnership.”
The mission of the United Way of Camden County is to be an esteemed connectional agency that responds to human needs by engaging in sound financial practices, promoting social responsibility, and encouraging our community to Live United.
