Founded in 1967, Opportunity Enterprises (OE) is a distinguished non-profit organization committed to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities. Nestled at 908 E Bolen Ave, Carrollton, MO 64633, our organization has been a beacon of support for children and adults facing various challenges, including autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, cognitive delays, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), severe physical and mental disabilities, Alzheimer’s, dementia, loss of limbs, and other delays and disabilities.
