Todd Creason, with over a decade of hands-on experience in heavy equipment operation within the oil and gas sector, founded TCCI in 1999. His vision was clear—to establish a company that not only excelled in Right-of-Way (ROW) and pipeline maintenance but also prioritized customer service. TCCI's initial collaboration with Amoco Pipeline laid the foundation for our journey, as we steadily earned a stellar reputation within the industry.

In 2012, Todd Creason expanded our capabilities by acquiring Chase Contractors, Inc., specialists in horizontal directional drilling (HDD) projects.
