About Us
Who We Are
AAIM Employers’ Association is a not-for-profit membership organization serving the employer community in 60 counties throughout Illinois and bordering communities in Iowa, Missouri, and Wisconsin.
Who Our Members Are
AAIM Employers’ Association members are diverse. Our nearly 600 members include private and public sector employers, represent a wide cross-section of industries, and range in size from fewer than twenty-five employees in “mom and pop” shops to thousands in Fortune 500 companies.
What We Do
We work with the management staff of nearly 600 member companies to provide information, guidance, training, and human resource services. Most day-to-day services are included in one annual membership fee. When members choose specialized services and training, discounted rates apply.
