About Us

Marc Nielsen, D.O. is originally from Utah and attended the University of Utah, majoring in Chemistry. He graduated from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Vallejo in 2007 and completed residency at the Stanislaus Family Medicine Program in Modesto.


Dr. Nielsen chose Family Practice medicine because he wanted to see patients cradle to grave, enjoying the expanded scope of practice afforded by the practice.


Dr. Nielsen is high energy, hard working and enjoys his time in the ER as well as in his Family Practice. He is married to Jerri and has two children, a boy 4 and a daughter 8. Dr. Nielsen loves the outdoors and especially likes bicycling.
