About Us

Jacquie Cordova specializes in painting in varied media (currently watercolors and oils), and raku pottery, incorporating the use of feathers, seaweed, driftwood, bones, semiprecious stones and more. Her pottery often has carved symbols from the Original Ones. She has been creating visually since 1971, with this experience : "I am inspired by the planet, people, places and things, and this inspiration demands creative interpretation, often yielding unique expression."

Recent work and activities include a return to oil painting, continued watercolors in a more splashy manner, and raku pottery. "Recently retired from teaching in the public school system I am delighted to devote more energy to creation and exploration."

My name is Jacquie Cordova, I have been creating for many moons and I love playing with a variety of media: oils, watercolors, Prismacolor, Neo-color, and clay, creating Hand-built Raku Pottery with embellishments. I love creating, experimenting, and sharing my work and infinite inspiration.
