A flawless, memorable reception requires hours of detailed planning and on-site coordination. It’s the extra mile that we go to insure that things will go as planned and your special feast will be enjoyed at it’s optimum. Your one perfect day is the key to our many years of success... Here’s how the process works:

Let’s meet: Choosing the caterer that’s right for you is an important decision. We design your unique day based on your style, vision, location and budget. Call us to set up a free consultation to talk about our services.

Menu Selection: Delicious foods begin with fresh, seasonal ingredients. We’ve worked with local farmers and purveyors in our area over 25 years. Our package buffets have been designed to be easy and delicious. However, everyone has their own style and special favorites. We welcome your input, ideas and suggestions... our menus change with the seasons and your personal ideas. The possibilities are endless!

Our deli-style eatery in Chico makes sampling our award winning cuisine easy. We offer several vegetarian dishes as well as vegan and gluten free specialties. Going Green? Inquire about upgrading our package menus to include organic and sustainable products. Specific requests or dietary concerns for your guests are never a problem.

Coordination: Our full-service events include an event coordinator at no additional charge. Style, layout and most importantly, timing are just a few of the many details that we assist you with.

The Big Day: The Bacio Coordinator is on hand at your reception to greet your guests as they arrive, organize with the other vendors and tend to the last minute details of timing and flow. Meanwhile, the staff takes care of set up, beverage service, cocktail hour and bartending (if you’ve requested this service). Guests are invited to the buffet and attended at their guest tables. A toast is poured, the cake is cut and served, it’s time to party! We stay until the last guest goes home. Relax and enjoy... we’ve got everything covered.

Payments: We request a small deposit to secure a place on our calendar. A second payment is required a month before your reception and the balance is then billed after the event.
