Zumba Classes now Offered! (12/31/10)

ZUMBA classes are now offered FREE to all LAFC members on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Jennelle Verderber, Aerobics Instructor is conducting ZUMBA classes for Beginners. Come on in and enjoy the latest in aerobics exercise while moving and groovin' to a latin beat that makes you want to move. Contact LAFC for details.

Welcome to the LAFC website. The Staff at LAFC hopes that you will visit our facility soon and let us show you how the "biggest" little gym in Northern CA can meet your fitness needs.

Our facility is nestled in the little town of Chester, CA, next to beautiful Lake Almanor. We are surrounded by National Forest land and have snow-covered Mt. Lassen in our backyard.

We are sure that you will enjoy LAFC's fully-equipped workout facility, where we focus on maintaining a clean, comfortable environment and reasonably priced membership plans. Just give us a call, we are sure we have a membership plan right for you.
