Lake Haven Resort was built in the 1940's but has been owned by Holly, Dave, and Judy Finkbeiner since 2002. Lake Haven Resort is well-recognized for being a fun, family-friendly place to spend your vacation; we also pride ourselves on being one of the few RV/cabin campsites that are water front and offer boat-launching stations. We have great fishing and even a fish-cleaning station for your convenience.
Lake Haven Resort is ideal for water skiing, swimming, boating or an evening stroll along the shore with that special someone. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a fun filled family vacation, Lake Haven Resort can provide you with all the amenities from private cabins, to RV sites with full hook-ups. So stop on by for any length of stay and truely enjoy all that the Lake Almanor area has to offer.
Cabins
Lake Haven Resort has eight refurbished cabins. Six cabins are kitchenettes with one bedroom, bathroom and living room/kitchen combination. The living rooms have a queen size sofa sleeper with a full size bed in the bedroom. The cabins have gas barbecues, cable television and picnic tables. These cabins have coffee service. All the cabins are clean and cozy. Cabins are full housekeeping and not serviced on a daily basis.
Cabin Prices
Cabins with kitchenettes: $135.00 per night / $810.00 per week.
Motel-style cabin with a double bed: $100.00 per night / $600.00 per week
Motel-style cabin with two double beds: $110.00 per night / $660.00 per week.
Gateway to the High Sierra Cascade country, the area is rich in wildlife, historical places, and scenic treasures. A sportsman's paradise; ducks, geese, and one of the largest deer herds in California. Fishing is plentiful with small and largemouth Bass, huge German Browns, Rainbows, King Salmon plus Catfish and other varieties.
