We have officially re-launched our popular on-line Vacancy Report for the upcoming season! We invite you to add your property to the growing list of lodging providers who have increased bookings from this FREE online service.
Last year, the Vacancy Report was one of the most highly requested pages on www.plumascounty.org and logged thousands of click-thrus to your own sites. Thanks to your feedback, we’ve made some changes that will make it simpler to use.
Many people who contact the Visitors Bureau’s web site are making their travel plans solely using the information they find online. The Vacancy Report has statistically proven that visitors stay on this page for a longer time, not only allowing them to secure lodging accommodations, but also to discover other areas of Plumas County for future trips.
The improvements this year will make it easier and less time-consuming for you to post your vacancies. Instead of disclosing the numbers of rooms you have available, you simply post “V” for a vacancy, “X” for no vacancy. You’ll also get a weekly email reminding you to update your vacancy information. We won’t have to bother you with phone calls!

1. www.plumascounty.org/Members/Login.asp (note: this address is case sensitive, Members and Login must be capitalized for the link to work)
2. This will take you to the login page where you will enter your user name and password. (if you can't remember your previous username and password, or you need to request one, please call us at 530-283-6345.)
3. You will enter a page that has three options at the top. *Availability*: if you click this link it will bring you to page that has a *Add Dates *option. You will simply select a date and click the vacancy or no vacancy option.The *Preview* tab will just simply give you a look at what your submission will look like so you can be sure that it is correct and up to date. The *Information* tab is where you can type in your current info or edit any info that may already be in there.
