Full-time position - 8-hour shift - Monday to Friday - Every other weekend on-call - $18-$19 per hour - with Benefits

Looking for a service technician for a Richmond high-rise condominium community next to Willow Lawn Shopping Center. The 5100 is a 12-story building with 184 units. This is a 60 and above, independent living community. We care for the building and the owners who live here.

Qualifications:
3 years of maintenance experience, able to work rotating on-call weekends. Varied skills required. Monitoring and light repair of the facility and operating systems. HVAC, plumbing, light carpentry, Answers to the Maintenance Manager and Association Manager. Must have reliable transportation.
