Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm EST

Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service, both over the phone and in written
communications.
• Assist in the management of workers’ compensation cases, ensuring accuracy and
timeliness.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation to support legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal assistants to streamline workflows and achieve case
objectives.
Education preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal certification
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a law firm.
• At least 3-5 years of workers’ compensation experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
