A Pride of Friendly Folks.
Since 1875, many homeowners have used their creativity to make the house at 8 Eagle Street, a home - an especially quiet location in the center of the village of Cooperstown - just one block from Rte 28/Chestnut Street - three blocks from Main Street.
LYONCHER, now revived, provides easy, comfortable hospitality in beautifully decorated rooms, eclectic and artful with art quilts and gracious gardens by Jean the resident artist.
Off street parking. Smoking only outdoors, on three porches or in the garden.
RESERVATIONS: Confirmed with first night's full payment. Balance and taxes are due at check-in. No credit cards.
CANCELLATIONS: Seven days prior to date of arrival. $25 service fee.
CHECK OUT: 11:00 am - CHECK IN: 3:00 pm
LYONCHER has a resident cat so we cannot accommodate your pet.
