Going Green Commitments

• We use EPA Registered Green Seal Certified cleaning products in concentrate form which allows us to mix and refill spray bottles to reduce plastic waste. We also give our guests the choice to reuse towels to help conserve energy, water and laundry soap. All indoor and outdoor light bulbs that need replacing are replaced with energy efficient bulbs.

About Us

The Bayside Inn & Marina offers pleasant, comfortable accommodations in a peaceful, wooded lakeside setting with picnic areas and gazebos at the swimming beach. Canoes and kayaks are available free of charge to our guests.

Our property is situated on 4 acres on Otsego Lake and consists of a Motel, Inn, Extra Rooms, and several Cottages of varying sizes.  We are sure to have what you need whether you are traveling alone for business, taking a family vacation, playing in a tournament, planning a reunion or just want to get away for a relaxing lake vacation. 

For more family fun, we offer a large Game Room, a challenging Fitness Room, and an attractive Hospitality Room with large screen cable TV, cards, puzzles and board games.

Located only 7 miles from Cooperstown, and 11 miles from the Cooperstown Dreams Park, Bayside Inn & Marina is a destination in itself. Our friendly and professional staff will do everything they can to make your "Cooperstown Lake Vacation" a memorable one.

During your stay, explore the historic attractions found in Cooperstown, the "Village of Museums." - the Baseball Hall of Fame, Farmers' Museum and Fenimore Art Museum. Take a leisurely boat tour of Otsego Lake and attend a performance of the Glimmerglass Festival, formerly Glimmerglass Opera, (1 mile north of Bayside).
