About Us

We are Jim and June Parry. We have lived in this area between Cooperstown and Oneonta for more than 20 years and have been offering weekly rentals since 1994.

We have weekly rentals in the Cooperstown/Oneonta area ranging from an elegant one bedroom apartment to lodging in a comfortable and roomy six bedroom house. You can choose from village or country at prices starting at $450/week! All our vacation rentals are an easy and scenic drive on our rural roads to Cooperstown, Cooperstown Dreams Park, Baseball World, and Cooperstown All Star Village, and now the new softball camp, Diamond Dreams.

Nearly all our weekly rental houses and apartments have full kitchens, air conditioning and either cable or satellite TV, and many also have WiFi. Our weekly rentals are clean, comfortable and reasonably priced!

We do not take bookings on-line because we like to talk to our guests and help them make an informed choice and also make sure they will be comfortable with the house or apartment they have chosen.  We enjoy telling our callers about this beautiful area and helping make their vacation here a week to remember.
