Car Museum helps Chevy mark 100th anniversary (11/03/01)

About Us

Over 150 beautifully restored classics from 1901 through the mid-1970’s are on display in 5 connected buildings. See the world’s largest private collection of Franklins, made in Syracuse, NY. Also on display are Packards, Cords, Duesenberg, Cars Made In New York State, and many one-of-a-kind classics. Prime examples from the 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s highlight our Post-War Collection. Our special, limited-time “Wild Things & Wild Rides” exhibit features cars named for animals, birds & reptiles, as well as custom & vintage motorcycles. Also of interest are WWI & WWII airplane engines, period fashions, exclusive videos, and more.

Mission Statement

The Northeast Classic Car Museum is an educational facility that collects, preserves, interprets and exhibits vehicles related to the evolution of transportation, with particular emphasis on the role of the automobile and its impact on American culture.
